BAGAKOAA Oct 6 Retail update

The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Goldman Sachs reported way early this morning.  There was relatively good news.  Year to Year figures are currently up 1.0%.  On Thursday a key 40 store chain will be reporting and expectations for the Holiday season is going to be down another 2%.  The first time since WW II there has been a two year decline in same store YTY sales figures.
